Marissa Davis
Marissa was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she met her high school sweetheart, who is now her husband. Together, they have two daughters and three dogs.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and possesses real estate licenses in both Colorado and North Carolina. Additionally, she has a mortgage license in six states and a Certified Pharmacy Technician License.
Marissa’s husband joined the Air Force in 2006 and has been active duty ever since. As a proud military spouse, she has lived in several states, including Louisiana, Missouri, Florida, and Colorado, and currently resides in North Carolina. Frequent moves have made her a pro at PCS’ing and starting over. This experience sparked her passion for helping people in similar situations.
As a real estate agent, Marissa draws from her personal experiences with buying and selling homes, understanding the stress and emotions involved in moving and starting over without family support. She is dedicated to easing her clients' minds and ensuring their happiness and satisfaction. With deep roots in customer service, she strives to make every transaction as smooth as possible.
